- Planning, control, and monitoring of import and export routes of the plant and delivery in time.
- Analysis for the replenishment of empty trailers in the plant, and request the correct volume to the carrier, and achieve
optimization of spaces in the yard.
- Facilitate the domestic and international transportation process to ensure compliant and timely, shipment coordination, load planning, internal/external communication, especially with carriers, customer services team, and shipping/ receiving area.
- Arranged Outbound/Inbound shipments via LTL, FTL, and air freights in accordance with the cargo requirements
- Coordinate and monitoring expedites transports to avoid production disruption
- Expenses and Billing analysis
- Lean in 3PL, receiving, shipping and warehouse processes.
- Airfreights, FTL, and LTL quotes to optimize the customer satisfaction for outbounds and schedule pick up with suppliers for the inbounds.
- logistic E2E Project collaborator and owner
- CTPAT & OEA responsible.
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental standards.
- Carrier and DC performance responsible.
