The role is responsible for monitoring the operation of assigned stations regionally at US to ensure the maximization of cargo transported on our flights in compliance with local and international service standards, policies and procedures of Aeromexico Cargo.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase cargo requests
  • Schedule monthly meetings regarding performance of each station in the US
  • Provide analytics and weekly reports through the data consolidation
  • Ensure the operational performance of cargo warehouses in the US
  • Generate support the GSAs to maintain and open market in the assigned region
  • Coordinate alignment of special projects and new policies and procedures implementation (audits)
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with laws and regulations of the local airport authorities, government and all other entities involved in the operations of the assigned region

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the airline industry +3 years
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work experience in dynamic operating environments
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (English and Spanish)
  • High sense of leadership, proactivity and being able to build positive and trusting relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
